Process Server Redditch
What exactly is a Process Server Redditch?
A process server will present court documentation (serve) to persons involved in a court case.
Anytime any person is needed to go to court, for any reason, it could be a bankruptcy case, breaking a rental contract, or even a child support court case, they need to be served with an ‘Order’ telling them of forthcoming charges and also the court date. Informing the defendant is the responsibility of the person (or company) submitting the notice. Even in this technical time, a phone call or email are not acceptable; the law expresses that the defendant should be advised in person of the upcoming action against them. Having said that, not just anyone can serve the court papers. That’s where a process server will come in.
When a Process Server isn’t able to serve the papers directly to the individual, they could also deliver via ‘Substituted Service’. A ‘Substituted Service’ will mean that the Process Server delivers the notice by posting in a letter box, or affixing to the front door so it will come to the attention of any person stepping into the building.
